# Larissa Schiavo

> Larissa Schiavo is a researcher and media professional in San Francisco, California, working on humanity's relationship with AI. She is cofounder and CEO of Grove Research, the agent ecology company, which she cofounded with Deepfates. She is also a part-time research affiliate at Eleos AI Research, where she organized the first Eleos Conference on AI Consciousness and Welfare (ConCon, Nov 2025). Earlier, she created the OpenAI Scholars and Fellows programs.
